The soothing power of hot stones has kept us fascinated since the dawn of mankind. It's supposed to relieve pain, reenforce our defences, reload our body with new energy and clear our spirit from clouding thoughts. No wonder that the most different cultures from all over the world have documented these treatments with warm stones for thousands of years.
The basic principal has stayed the same up to today, and we also use the traditional methode. For the massage we use black, flattering smooth basalt stones of volcanic origin. which are especially well at holding the warmth and slowly transmitting it to the body. When put onto the centers of energy, the about 60 degree Celsius warm stones unleash an effect that literally gets under the skin. Their energy pierces several centimetres into the body, which affects connective tissue and muscles the most - ideal circumstances to smoothly reneforce the blood circulation and to release deep tensions
